At ZUHA USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and the craftsmanship with which they are made.

Coverage

Our products are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects, including faults in seams, hardware, zippers, or finishes that do not correspond to the normal use of the product.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of order delivery.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or accidents, cuts, scratches, tears, peeling.
  • Natural wear and tear from use.
  • Stains, discoloration, or alterations caused by contact with liquids, chemical products, or inadequate exposure.
  • Damage caused by incorrect storage or non-recommended handling.
  • Natural variations inherent in leather, as they are part of its authenticity.

Evaluation

To claim the warranty, the product must be evaluated by our team. Approval will depend on the verification of the reported defect.

Resolution

If the warranty claim is approved, ZUHA USA may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product with an identical or similar one, subject to availability.
  • Offer an equivalent commercial solution.

Leather is a natural material and may present slight variations in tone, texture, or marks inherent to its origin. These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.
